Fresh ’n Clean Oatmeal ’n Baking Soda Conditioner is a soothing blend of natural colloidal oatmeal, baking soda, pure water and gentle cleansing ingredients. Leaves the coat soft to the touch with vitamin E, aloe vera, and plant-based conditioning agents (also softens hands).
- Natural pure oat flour relieves sensitive, itchy, irritated or sensitive skin.
